We have a fully equipped gym on Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, called the BULLDOG GYM, which has:

• Full-size boxing ring
• Bags
• Fitness balls
• Matted Flooring

It is available to us throughout the day. We can also come to your home, if that is more suitable for you, as long as it is within a 10 mile radius of Bournemouth.

We are available 7 days a week.
